The creation of the Minsk Clinical Consulting and Diagnostic Centre, as well as many other centers of the former Soviet Union, was initiated by Chazov E.I., Minister of Health, and in the fair plan of the Belarusian SSR it was a priority task for further improvement of public health.
November 14, 1989 — was opened a Diagnostic Centre – a new type of medical institution in the healthcare system of Minsk and the Republic.
The idea was: concentrating unique medical equipment, which has no analogues in the USSR, and highly qualified personnel in one place.
From the moment of the opening, there was: the construction and reconstruction of the Center, the opening of new diagnostic departments and rooms, the expansion of medical consultants. The newest medical technologies are implemented, in the Center are working highly qualified physician (doctors and candidates of sciences, doctors of the highest and first categories) and nurses, engineers, service personnel. The Center's development, new methods of diagnostics - gave a powerful impulse for development a highly specialized services and types of medical care in other medical institutions of the Republic.
The components of the Center's success are: teamwork of professionals, the best traditions of medicine combined with advanced achievements of world medical science and practice, modern technologies, corporate culture and ethics.
The Center’s activities have always aimed at ensuring maximum availability of modern, informative methods of diagnosis and treatment for the population, comprehensive diagnostic, consultative, curative and preventive care for both the population and healthcare institutions.
The team of the Center always has a favorable microclimate, a friendly attitude between colleagues and to all patients.
The collective of the Center has the highest culture in its work, a deep sense of humanism and responsibility for the fate of all patients.
The Center is an active participant in the International Association of Diagnostic Centers.
On the basis of the Center are held conferences and training seminars, are maintained relations with a number of foreign institutions and companies (Japan, China, Germany, Holland, the United States, etc.), enriching the Center with other best practices and new technologies.
