 Clinical Diagnostic Laboratory – is modern laboratory, equipped with high-tech equipment. In the Department is performed a wide range of examinations:  from general clinical analysis of blood to the definition of rare diagnostic indicators.

Examinations in the Clinical Diagnostic Laboratory:

General: clinical urine examination, Nechiporenko test, 3 cup urine examination; female and male swabs from urogenital tract, prostate fluid.

Hematologic examinations:

CBC DIFF, blood sedimentation rate.

Biochemical examinations: more than 60 indicators; diagnostics of liver, kidney, heart, pancreas, diabetes, etc.

Hemostasis testing: evaluation of the functional state of hemostasis, determination of coagulogram, coagulation factors, platelet aggregation; diagnostics of antiphospholipid syndrome, thrombosis.

Examinations of hormonal status, oncomarkers:

- determination of female and male sex hormones, thyroid hormones, adrenals, pituitary gland;

- oncomarkers.

Polymerase chain reaction examinations:

- STD  diagnostic (Chlamydia trachomatis, Mycoplasma genitalium, Trichomonas vaginalis, Neisseria gonorrhoeae,  Ureaplasma spp,  Papillomavirus, Herpesvirus);

- Diagnostics of hepatitis C and B;

- diagnostics of herpes simplex virus, human herpesvirus type 6, cytomegalovirus, Epstein-Barr virus.

Diagnostics of hepatitis, STD by immunofluorescence assay: diagnostics of hepatitis B (HBsAg), definition of antibodies to the hepatitis C  (anti HCV), to the rubella virus, to toxoplasm, to cytomegalovirus, to herpes simplex virus.

Diagnostics of autoimmune diseases: diagnostics of systemic vasculitis, biliary cirrhosis, celiac disease, Crohn's disease, etc.

Immune status examination: determination of factors of cellular and humoral immunity.

Immunophenotyping: diagnostics of oncohematological diseases.

Allergy diagnostic: the determination of the general and specific immunoglobulins to more than 50 types of allergens.
